Terms of service

Last updated 17 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of vexho.co.uk and our waitlist. The Vexho apps will have their own terms of service, which you’ll be asked to accept when they launch.

1. About us

This website is operated by Vexho. You can contact us at office@vexho.co.uk. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

2. The waitlist

  • Joining the waitlist means you’d like to hear from us about Vexho. It is free.
  • It does not guarantee access to the Vexho apps, a place in a particular area, or a launch date. We may open access in stages and in the order we choose.
  • It is not an agreement to buy or provide any delivery or driving service.
  • You can leave the waitlist at any time using the link in our emails, or by writing to us. See our privacy policy for how we use your data.

3. Using this website

You agree not to:

  • give false details, or sign up using someone else’s email address without their permission;
  • use automated tools to submit forms, scrape the site or overload it;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the site, our systems or other people’s data;
  • use the site in any way that is unlawful or harms others.

We may block access or remove waitlist entries that break these rules.

4. Information on the site

The site describes a service that is still in development. Descriptions of features, safety checks, insurance, pricing and availability are our current plans. They are not offers, promises or guarantees, and may change before launch. The terms of any actual delivery or driver service will be set out when it becomes available.

5. Intellectual property

The Vexho name, logo, designs and the content of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may view the site and share links to it, but you may not copy, adapt or reuse our content or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Our responsibility to you

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and can’t promise it will be free of errors or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach, or for business losses, and our total liability to you in connection with this website is limited to £100.

If you are a consumer, this doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

7. Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its “last updated” date, applies each time you use the site.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
